Comforting and Inspirational Thoughts from Colleen Grace Clabby and Friends
A flowering house plant, called Crown of Thorns Corona De Cristo, native to Madagascar, that thrives on neglect and yet, blooms throughout the year, indoors or out. An evergreen succulent named Crown of Thorns due a legend that the thorny crown of Jesus was made from this plant’s stems.
At the headquarters of the Academy For Future Science in Sedona, Arizona, we gather together with Drs. JJ & Desiree Hurtak for prayer, meditation and discussion in the midst of the worldwide pandemic, the coronavirus.
Feeling the protection of the Crown of Light as we walk through the shadow of fear, we are capable of drawing in the Light of above, the Light of our Crown, our eternal connection with God.
Drs. Hurtaks believe that it is through the invocation of sacred music and sound, sacred language and the sacred names of God which can protect and heal mankind’s suffering, especially at this crucial time.
To better understand the sound of our own divine mind and vibratory nature, we petition and visualize the Gematria Gia, the sacred geometry of God’s Light which surrounds ourselves and that of our beloved Mother Earth.
Intoning the ancient, sacred name of Mik-ky-ilu, Dr. JJ Hurtak calls upon the protection of Michael the Archangel in the glory of The Limitless Light, the Ain Soph.
Dr. Desiree offers us Archangel Raphael, also known as the Medicine of God, for healing and protection. She believes that we can literally transform and restore every cell of our bodies by calling in higher help, such as Raphael’s divine presence.
In every culture and faith, there exists a higher mind, a higher faith and Love for God. It is up to each one of us to reconnect to that power of God’s Light, to recharge our electrical batteries, our cellular, soulful memories.
This is why Dr. Desiree feels that it is more about not getting the virus in the first place as she calls us to “Prayer, not panic, Faith not fear, Calm, not chaos.”
Nearing half a century, The Academy’s global outreach has continued their teachings based on “The Book of Knowledge, The Keys of Enoch, copyright 1973.
Dr. JJ Hurtak explains: “Our work is based upon The keys of Enoch, which is based upon a blueprint that our body is a vibratory vehicle. We are a bio-transducer capable of drawing in Light from above, from a higher dimension of reality. We are also capable of creating a higher consciousness to overcome the restrictions of conventional science and conventional medicine.
Bottom line is that we are a Family of Light, and Wisdom and Higher Science. If we lose the Higher Faith, we cease to be a family. This is the time for, shall we say, a coming together on a very high level of recognizing that we can either go ahead with a culture of fear and violence, a culture of death, or we can choose to go with a culture of Light, Insights, and Higher Faith.”
Just recently, my sister Clare gave me a great gift. It was the top front piece of my Mother’s old piano that she had secretly kept and commissioned an artist to paint.
Along the winding river road, a scene, a memory of eight children, cygnets, floating along with their parents near the little cottage where they grew up.
And in graceful, golden lettering, the words to a song that I had played on that piano a thousand times.
“You’ll Never Walk Alone” from the musical, Carousel.
Singing and harmonizing with Clare, along with other family members, it always gave me the hope and courage that I needed. It had become my lifeline to the truth of my connection to God.
For our precious Mother Earth, especially at this time, who needs our Love and Prayers, we sing and open our corona, our crown chakras and let our hearts walk through this terrible storm, together. For We Never Walk Alone.

This podcast was composed in Ashland Oregon after my brother called me to ask for some “spiritual tools.”
I had been on a six week journey to several cities and when I arrived in Ashland, I got off the road and stayed for a month.
I loved every minute of it. What a gift!
I was thrilled of course when my brother called to talk with me about the power of the mind to heal the body.
He believed absolutely that we human-beings can heal ourselves and he wanted me to join forces with him to be part of his healing program.
My thoughts were swirling around like falling leaves. I began to think about his life as an electrician, his generous personality and recently, his diagnosis of prostate cancer. I wondered how I would condense everything that I had learned into a short healing composition for him.
What kind of spiritual toolbox or psychological key? How many tools? How many keys?
Knowing that my brother like most Americans today are stressed to the max, I wondered how he was taking the time now to rest and recharge his batteries.
Every day, as I walked through town, into the magnificent autumn beauty of Lithia Park, I prayed for an answer.
Just like I did in 1987 for our Mother who had been diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgekins lymphoma. She was 57.
Upon hearing that unearthly shout – “You humans can heal yourselves with color, sound and vibration,” I took it very much to heart and soul.
It would take many years for me to act upon that command but I did build a healing center and my brother was my electrician.
Now, he is 54 and here we are again, 24 years later with the same forewarning.
We all know someone who is dealing with cancer. Look at all the cancer clinics and hospitals dedicated to this human suffering. They are still researching for cures.
As we continue to wrestle with all of the implications and misadventures of our humanity, including life and death, we are listening to and reading about incredible healing stories from people everywhere who are overcoming their disease and emotional pain.
How are they doing it? What has given them such knowledge, peace and love that leads them directly back to the truth of their own divine healing?
Let me share with you my thoughts and prayers in this 13 minute healing directive, along with quotes from Dr. Joseph P. Murphy and the incredible healing power of Michael Stillwater’s music.
Ashland, Oregon! What a magical little town. Decorated with fall foliage, it set the backdrop for their seasons’ end of all the Shakespearean plays and shows.
My timing was perfect to be there mid October and find Shrew’s Cottage B&B and Bruce Hall, owner, extraordinaire.
Everyday that I spent there, something wonderful happened. I felt like I was in a leading role, playing myself in this lovely little pocket of America, full of fellow thespians, artisans, writers and flower makers.
Protected by the Siskiyou Mountains and Oregon Cascades, there existed an atmosphere of high creativity and sincere community.
Everyone that I met had a great story of how they came to be there and how they too, felt like they belonged.
It reminded me of my own childhood, fifty years ago in America, unpretentious and unafraid.
Along with farm to table fresh food and numerous wineries, there were plenty of cannabis and CBD products wrapped anyway that you wanted.
The smell of hemp harvesting farms was a unique experience for me as well as some interaction with the unperturbed homeless.
All I had to do was walk out the front door of my lovely little Baroque Room and I found myself in the next lines of the play.
Built into my story line, of course, was the continuum of Mystic Grace in its spiritual and material pursuits; the understanding of our humanity and our divinity.
I could not have found myself in a better place to retreat, enjoy the electric atmosphere of Ashland and create the shortest podcast I have ever done.
I did find one key which fits the toolbox, LOVE.
And I will make a thousand duplicates, as many as you and I need.
Hello from St. Augustine Florida where I am enjoying some coffee and the company of my former beloved Connecticut neighbors, Archie and Alison Cochrane.
It is so good to see them.
Our lives have taken us in different directions and yet our friendship remains and will forever be treasured.
We had lived together as neighbors for ten years at a crucial point of time when I was ready to build upon a message that I had received in the first globally
synchronized meditation event called the Harmonic Convergence.
Years later, my neighbors and I would recognize the profound intuitiveness that we had all followed which led us onto the properties and wooded path which we shared.
Neither one of us had understood at the time what frequencies had “hit us” in the summer of 1987, but when we became neighbors and good friends nineteen years later, we discovered it was called, The Harmonic Convergence.
At this writing, I still do not know whether this was the first or second or only harmonic convergence, but I do know that it was a tremendous wake-up call for me and for millions of other “lightworkers” who continue to dedicate their love and light to help raise consciousness on our beloved planet Earth.
The Harmonic Convergence, which originally took place August 16 & 17th of 1987 was one of the world’s first globally synchronized meditation events. Astronomically, there were seven planets lined up in fire signs, symbolizing the purifying as well as the destructive aspects of the times Mother Earth was coming into. The dates were chosen from ancient esoteric wisdom, the Mayan Calendar and the Hopi prophecies in particular.
The man responsible for this epoch-making event was Jose Arguelles who launched a word-of mouth Harmonic Convergence campaign calling for 144,000 “Sun Dancers” to gather near sacred sites at dawn on these specific dates.
A vibrational signal was sent out and by word of mouth, hundreds of thousands of people, perhaps millions, gathered together around the world to sing and chant, pray and dance.
To prepare for an era of unprecedented change and a new evolutionary cycle on planet Earth, the signal was, “go back to the Earth…if you want peace on this planet, go back to the Earth.”
“Everyone from Shirley MacLaine to Timothy Leary to John Denver celebrated the event. Even talk show host Johnny Carson got his studio audience to OM on behalf of the event. Many people reported significant shifts of consciousness and a reorientation to their life patterns.”
For me, the signal came as a direct answer to a prayer for healing, loud and clear. For my neighbor Alison, the signal was just as powerful and instantly, she changed job careers.
Where the signal had come from, whether it had come from our own genetic coding, from the Earth, or from outer space – or from all of these, this signal went out and people responded.
Alison and Archie built their home, moored their sailboat in the Stonington Harbor and flipped the switch on their little lighthouse that they had bought for their garden. As that circular beam of light went out throughout the little neighborhood, it touched a house that I would later occupy to build my healing center.
All was prepared for me as I followed my heart’s desire to get even closer to the “Light of Lights” and Jeshua’s own signal in John 8:12 when he says “I am the Light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the Light of Life.”
As we sail around in our dream world here, whether on The Cochranes boat “Oneiros” meaning “Dream” or riding the waves of healing sounds and frequencies, we must hold the light. We must take our place as divine human beings as we travel consciously and purposely throughout this celestial planet of ours.
What happens to Mother Earth, happens to us. Let us find the Light of our love for ourselves, for one another and for Mother Earth.
She is our future.
The song that was chosen for this podcast is called “Holy Lamb” by British songwriter Jon Anderson and the rock band called “Yes” who wrote a song specifically for The Harmonic Convergence of 1987.
Hold the light
Hold the light
Out of love we’ll come a long, long, glorious way
At the start of every day
A child begins to play
And all we need to know
Is that the future is a friend of yours and mine
Hello from Henderson, Nevada and welcome to Michelle Hood’s passion for pyramids. She has hand crafted thousands of them. Each one is crystalized, symbolized and super charged with orgone energy. Infused with her own divine signature along with the universal motto above the Hard Rock Cafes, “Love All, Serve All, For the Good of All,” Michelle continues to deepen her spiritual knowledge around what she is creating.
In 2011/12 while researching magnetic fields, frequencies and “stop the sonar” cause, (whales beaching themselves), she heard where someone had thrown orgonite material into the water and the dolphins came.
Fascinated, she dug into Dr. Wilhelm Reich’s experiments beginning in the 1930’s. Coined “orgone” by Reich’s own original intentions, this invisible, biophysical energy was named after the sexual orgasm. Blockage of the flow of this energy, he believed, caused physical and emotional illnesses.
Orgone has also been described as the universal life force, the basic building block of all organic and inorganic matter. It is also known as Chi, Prana, or simply, “the force.”
Reich experimented with harnessing this energy by layering organic and inorganic material together. Further study reveals much information on this man now both positive and negative.
Michelle’s intentions, however, are pure positive. She emphasizes that one has to be clear and in a good space to create the beauty, harmony and higher frequency which is infused into her beautiful pyramids and all of her orgone artwork.
Michelle refers to her pyramids as Orgone Energy devices.
“When I think of Orgone, Michelle explains, which is really the correct word, not orgonite, to my visual mind, orgone energy represents the yin/yang symbol, opposite energies spinning together creating a torsion field.” I layer crystals and metals together, that’s the organic and inorganic material and then when you put them in resin, as the resin hardens, it squeezes the crystal in an amplified state. It’s a higher octave of expression; it locks it in. While the metal is filtering the lower frequencies, the crystal is expressing higher frequencies so it becomes its own generating high frequency/low frequency neutralizing device.”
Michelle goes on to say that a higher frequency, when it comes into contact with a lower frequency, automatically lifts up the lower frequency without losing its high place. “Everything is elevated. That’s what these pyramids do. Every orgone pyramid must have a quartz crystal for it to have its piezo effect and that’s the amplified effect.”
Orgone is becoming extremely popular as a known energy effect in helping to block harmful EMF’S. It converts the negative energy supply of radiation emitted from electrical wiring, home electronic devices, high-frequency radiation of cellular antennas, wireless routers, cell phones, and the dreaded 5G.
Michelle’s pyramids, or “light boxes” as she calls them are created lovingly and purposely for divine human energy to anchor the “Light” of Love and higher vibration on this planet and to deflect some of the truly harmful ones. She considers what she does sacred work, realizing that these pyramids will leave a positive signature upon this earth plane well after she is gone.
Thank you, Michelle! litethelight.com
What Joy! What Loving Destiny! Podcast #13 is born in Phoenix Arizona. I take a flight from Las Vegas to meet up with my dear Alaskan friends to see the botanical garden electric light show, “Las Noches De Las Luminaries.” I will be there for just three days. Tape-recorder in hand, I have listened to my spiritual guidance tell me that we will do the 13th podcast in Phoenix. I am excited and grateful and I am very curious because I do not know who, what, when or how.
The moment I step off the plane at Sky Harbor Airport, I feel like I just want to play! Something feels lighter and quite jubilant like the sky has opened up a little more and my heart is so happy. Yet, it is the month of December and I am remembering my dear friend Ellen who died a year ago as well as my mother’s anniversary death.
Checking my e-mails, I see my old friend Barry Goldstein has given an interview about his music and sound healing with a lovely singer and sound healer, Jeralyn Glass. I know that he lives in Phoenix somewhere with his wife and although I haven’t seen him in a few years, I decide to reach out to him. We had worked together many years ago in his recording studio in New York City creating “The Trilogy”. The first part is about my mother’s transition and the other two parts are two separate healing meditations.
I give him a call to do the podcast with me and it’s a go! We meet at his house and I am introduced to his beautiful dog, Woody, who stays with us for the whole session. Barry and I both know that after all these years, our meeting on this day is no coincidence. It is my 13th podcast on the 13th of December. As we sit quietly together listening to one of Barry’s latest creations, getting our hearts centered, I know exactly what this podcast will be about.
In our great friendship for the love of sound healing, we have been given this opportunity to reconnect with one another at this very special time of year. Surely, my mother has pulled some heartstrings on the “other side” and now, perhaps Barry’s folks as well. And we all wish to follow our heartstrings, right? Stirring the emotions and creating a bridge of Love and Peace, Music has always been the language of our soul. Barry feels that each human being is seeded in that divine language and that each soul has its own musical vibrations which penetrate even the most unfeeling of hearts.
He has formulated a three step “Heart Song” breathing process which he describes in his beautiful book entitled, “The Secret Language of the Heart”. We actually do this exercise during our recording so that you can follow along and try it for yourself. Because of Barry’s deepest longing to heal his own heart in the music business, he began creating sounds and frequencies beyond the barrier of his own suffering. He felt that no one would be interested in this kind of music that he was producing and yet when he was ready to share his Ambiology series, people fell in love with it. I was one of them.
When my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 nonhodskins lymphoma, she struggled with the pain of that for 7 years and then died. I wanted to reach out to Hospice families and also build a healing center. I understood that the last sense to go in the dying process was hearing, so I needed some kind of music that I felt was loving, etherial and would comfort everyone. Barry and his music came to me in the early part of 2000. We began work on the CD “Windfall of Life” which is a musical story about my mother’s death. Seven years later, we would create the Trilogy series which added two more pieces of work, the guided meditations of “Windfall of Light” and “Windfall of Love”.
Barry’s music is pure magic for me and I cannot tell you how proud I am to be a part of his life’s work. He even has music for pets called “Pet Waves!” His talent now spreads to the corners of the world collaborating with great inspirational speakers such as Anita Moorjani, Joe Dispenza and Dr. Amen. As his music seeps into the heart of the medical field, Dr. Donese Worden, a naturopathic medical doctor and his wife work passionately together to present to the world the scientific data as well as the soulful, spiritual expressions of sound healing. You will hear Barry’s musical voyage called “Cosmic Consciousness” play throughout this recording.
For all of his other music, info and website, please go to barrygoldsteinmusic.com. You can connect with him through i-tunes, amazon, cd baby, and spotify.
Like the legendary Phoenix rising from its ashes, the fear and burn of grief is no more. The healing power of music has shattered the illusion of death. Our hearts are transformed and we are re-born.
“Howdy!” from the Bitterroot Valley of Stevensville in Western Montana and the Fort Owen Ranch. It is Thanksgiving week and we are in great preparation for a crowd of family and friends that will descend on the ranch in the next few days.
It is so much fun for me to visit here and to be a part of Myla’s First Thanksgiving in her “new” historic home on a live working cattle ranch.
It’s also a beautiful time to be in Montana as this good friend of mine, Myla Yahraus, is taking me on a Sunday drive right through her 600+ acre property down to the sparkling Bitterroot River.
For my twelfth podcast, I have invited Myla to talk about her plans for the ranch, her vision quest and what has happened since she bought the ranch one year ago.
We open gates and close them and watch white tailed deer sprinting across the fields, cattle and horses grazing out in the pastures and the snow covered Bitterroot Mountain Range glittering a short distance away.
The tallest peak is called St. Mary’s Peak by the Salish Indians who have considered it a sacred place for vision quests. According to historical documents and journals, these peaceful interactive Indians were the Bitterroot Valley’s “first people” who invited the “black robes” the Jesuits, to come to their homeland and teach them about the salvation of God.
It took many years and four emissaries for that to happen, but finally in 1841, the first white settlement was built and established as the first Christian/Catholic missionary in Montana. It lasted 9 years before its abandonment and sale to Maj. John Owen who bought the property in 1850 and renamed it after himself. ** See story below.
Maj. Owen had quite the entrepreneurial spirit and ethics to develop the region and make Ft. Owen a successful trading post. He proved to be an outstanding trader/ pioneer, master builder and friend to all. Trusted by the Indians as well as the whites, his word was always good. John Owen was also married to a Shoshone Indian woman known as “Nancy” whom he cherished all of his life.
A well respected negotiator and Indian agent, he was famous for his philosophy, hospitality and holiday feasts.
And here we are, 168 years later, preparing for another thanksgiving feast!
Driving through the river bottom to get to the edge of the river, we are wondering if we are going to get stuck. But Myla’s big diesel F-350 truck and our laughter should see us to our destination. Besides, there’s always Kent, her devoted ranch manager and quite the entrepreneur himself, who would come to pull us out.
I record the sound of the rushing creek and we sit in her truck by the river honoring the vision of what we see before us, God’s Love, for her dream.
As her story begins, she reminds me of Mark Batterson’s book, “Chase the Lion” in which he proclaims “If your dream doesn’t scare you, it isn’t big enough!”
After the death of her beloved husband of 37 years in Las Vegas, Nevada, Myla undergoes eye surgery and contemplates what she is going to do for the next twenty years. She wants to “do something for God.” As her eyes are wrapped in bandages, listening to her dear friend Jackie read to her, she yearns to find a peaceful place for her soul to live and teach. Resting in the darkness, she begins to “see” and feel what God is envisioning for her. She is going to build a trade/vocational school for young adults. She will find the place, the teachers, the tinkerers and the students. She will be happy to start with just 12 young adults.
Joined by other spirited pioneers who feel called into her vision as well, Myla forms a mission statement based on the principles of “Faith, Family, Freedom,
& Free Enterprise.” Soon, the Fort Owen Foundation will be set up and a trade school established especially for the youth of America who seem really lost out there on the trail.
Myla feels that America’s soul is on “life support” these days and feels strongly in her need to share her confidence and conviction that when we find ourselves in the darkness, lost and sometimes utterly despondent, we just have to ask God to help us. The truth is that we are not alone and never will be. If you follow your heart & follow your dreams, it opens the mountains and the streams, it opens the windows to the Light of God’s promise for US.
Thank you Myla, “first lady of the fort” for your great vision quest and Kent, for his God-given talent and heart’s desire to run a ranch; for their family and
friends who are helping now and for those who will pick up the trail for this great mission in the near future.
You have answered God’s call from the sacred Bitterroot Mountains and that of St. Mary’s Peak. The new missionaries have arrived and the vision quest begun. See you at the ranch!
**The story of St. Mary’s Mission begins in 1823, when twelve Iroquois, employed as trappers by the Hudson’s Bay Company, remained with the Salish through the winter of 1823-24. Exposed to Christianity 200 years previous, they told the Salish stories of Christianity and of the “Black Robes”, the missionaries who taught them. The Salish proved to be an interested audience and, between 1831 and 1839 they sent four delegations to St. Louis in an attempt to obtain a Black Robe of their own. On September 24, 1841, Father Pierre Jean DeSmet, together with his fellow Jesuit missionaries, Fathers Gregory Mengarini and Nicolas Point, and three Lay Brothers arrived in the Bitterroot valley with their belongings and supplies in three carts and a wagon, the first vehicles to enter the area. They established the first white settlement in what was to become Montana, on the east bank of the Bitterroot River, immediately west of the present town of Stevensville.
The fathers built two chapels, residences and outbuildings, and began farming, planting wheat, oats, potatoes and garden crops. From Fort Vancouver they brought into Montana the first cattle, swine and poultry. A third chapel was under construction by 1846 but soon trouble with the Blackfeet forced the closure of the mission, the entirety being sold in November 1850 to John Owen, a former army sutler, for $250.00. John Owen was born in Pennsylvania June 27, 1818. He was 31 when he came to the fort. Nancy – Owen’s Indian wife – was to all appearances considerably older than he. She was a diminutive woman, scarcely five feet high, and in her later years, at least, with a very wrinkled face. She had no children. Nancy was an indefatigable worker; was unquestionably deeply attached to Owen and so far as was possible clung to certain ingrained Indian traits in spite of her position. She took little or no part in festivities; devoted her waking hours to fishing, berry-picking, cooking, or other toils, and at night took her blanket, rolled up in it, and slept on the ground or some floor apart from the remainder of the Fort’s population. She accompanied Owen on several of his expeditions, and on such occasions apparently did a man’s work. Eight years after the beginning of their relationship Owen made a formal statement of marriage with her. He was deeply concerned whenever she was ill, gave her every care that was possible; and at her death was profoundly affected. His whole attitude toward his Indian squaw was unusual when compared with the ordinary association of the kind.
“Pura Vida” from Costa Rica! Meaning, a good life, pure and simple. What a magnificent country and people. I find myself very much at home in the heart of this happy country listening to the howling monkeys, the singing parrots, macaws and motmots. Everything is green and colorful, warm and magical! The Costa Ricans are generous people preserved and protected in their “Love for Life” and by the very nature of their biodiversity and their cultural inheritance. The feeling is one of universal freedom where the spirit of the land invites anyone or anything to come live in harmony with it.
Twenty-one years ago, an American woman originally from Wyoming, began living the Pura Vida lifestyle and brought to Costa Rica her passion for healing, yoga teaching, massage, Qigong master skills, nutritional & spiritual coaching. Casa Helena was born and quickly became one of the first original yoga and spa retreats in the Guanacaste region. Her life stories are precious, fascinating and heart breaking as well. When her elder son disappears at the age of 33 from San Jose, the search is never really over because there is no body. However, she is told by several different psychics that her son is still alive and that he has been taken by aliens.
Thirty minutes into our early morning podcast when Helena tenderly begins to share her story about her son, something very extraordinary happens in our recording. The moment Helena opens her heart, we hear a whole symphony of insects, cicadas I believe, start to sing. They are so loud and intrusive that it feels to me like they are trying to tell us something. About Michael? About where he is?! It is a story that Helena has not shared with many people. But after what she describes as me “magically appearing” in her life, and she in mine, I offer her a book to read called Beyond The Light Barrier. It is an autobiographical love story between Elizabeth Klarer who lives in South Africa and Akon, an astrophysicist who lives on Meton, a planet of Proxima Centuri.
As Helena holds the book and begins to read, her whole energy field lights up with excitement and our conversations turn to a greater purpose as she begins to reveal her own incredible, intergalactic experiences. Not far from where Helena lives is a heart-shaped lake called Cote or Lake Coter. She explains about the sacredness of this lake along with mysterious encounters with other worldly phenomenon that she and others have experienced there. She tells me that years ago, when she would drive past the entrance to the lake, where the old sign reads, “Alien Zone,” her steering wheel would turn in that direction magnetically pulling her up the steep winding dirt road. It reminded me of a similar story that Shirley MacLaine told in her 1983 book Out On a Limb which was made into a super great movie a few years later. Lake Cote is also the place where the most famous undisputed photograph of a ufo/uso (submerged) was taken in 1971. Please see the article below.
Helena insists that we try and go up to this lake before I leave the Guanacaste region and that we will need a rugged vehicle. It has been raining hard and she does not want to use her car! Arrangements are made and we pick a beautiful clear day to see Lake Cote, heart shaped, quiet and calm. There are building lots for sale now. There is also an old lodge in disrepair where large dusty framed photographs of the ufo/uso are still hanging on the wall. It was a good adventure for me and I felt wonderful being there.
The whole place felt very familiar to me. I was ready now to move on and explore. I wanted to get to the beaches, the volcanoes, hanging bridges, and the town of La Fortuna. I would leave the exact itinerary open to the spiritual heart and wisdom of the land. “Thank you Helena!” May the Light of your love and service here continue to shine in all directions. Stay the course and see you in the stars. Pura Vida!
From Beyond the Light Barrier:
“I looked into the mysterious sky, remote and never still, and wondered about Nature’s plan for men of Earth. Will they ever grasp and understand her plan of evolution set for them? Will they realize one day that the whole universe in which they have their being is life, composed of energy and matter, and that they are merely a part of its condensed energy? Humankind is not unique. He is merely a creature of the cosmos who is still too immature to comprehend the profound truth of his origin – his galactic origin. Perhaps a race memory, nourished and retained within his subconscious through centuries of Earth time, may burst forth in the splendor of truth when he treads the road to the stars and returns into the fold of the universe in which he has his being.” by Elizabeth Klarer.
Article from the Costa Rica Star News:
“On September 4, 1971, the Costa Rican National Geographic Institute was taking aerial photos from 10,000 ft above Lake Cote, the small body of water that would later become the larger Lake Arenal, as part of preliminary studies for the future hydroelectric project. The study was funded by the Costa Rican Electricity Institute to determine water sources in the area for their planned hydroelectric project. Photographer Sergio Loaiza, along with Costa Ricans Juan Bravo and Francisco Reyes, traveled on a twin- engine Canadian F680 with a special 100 lb map-making camera donated by the German government rigged onto the floor of the plane snapping a photo about every 13 seconds.
It was during this aerial inspection that what is considered to be the best photograph of a UFO in the world was taken. When the photographs were developed, one of the frames (with the time of 8:25 a.m.) showed what seemed to be a metallic disc about 160 ft in diameter, which had just left, or was on the point of entering, the lake. It was giving off light, and had made a sudden maneuver at the instant the photo was taken. The object showed up on neither the previous frame of film nor the one afterwards. Checks on the negative eliminated tricks of the light as an explanation. What the geographers had seen was an extraordinary but little-known phenomenon – a USO. Unidentified Flying Objects, or UFOs, have been reported for centuries. What few people realize is that USOs – Unidentified Submergible Objects – have been reported for almost as long. Sometimes, as in the mysterious incident at Lake Cote, a UFO can be seen transforming itself into a USO, or vice versa. Photographer Loaiza said that after the photographs were developed, and the object appearing in that one frame was discussed, he and his colleagues were forbidden from divulging any information about what the scientists on the ICE-Lake Arenal project considered to be a UFO. In 1979, Ricardo Vilchez, one of the project team members, sent the photograph to an organization in the United States called Ground Saucer Watch (GSW) which analyzes these types of cases. GSW determined that the image was true and unadulterated, reported CR Hoy. After that, the photograph became public in the Costa Rican media. ‘It’s one of the most compelling scientific confirmations that UFOs are real,’ recounts Oscar Sierra, a UFO researcher based in Costa Rica. Sierra said the photograph was analyzed in France and the United States by different organizations that studied the case, and all confirmed the object’s existence.”
Transmitting from the Eastern Seaboard of Mystic Connecticut to New York City with a stop in Guilford, CT at Swallowtail Farm. I am so excited to share an afternoon with these remarkable friends, Colin Andrews and his wife Dr. Synthia Andrews. Along with Drs. JJ and Desiree Hurtak, we find ourselves embraced by a warm New England day with the sounds of sheep baaing nearby and Synthia’s own horses tucked in the barn.
As we sit outside enjoying this special time with one another in the “garden of life” as Dr. JJ Hurtak puts it, we might as well be in England’s countryside which is where Colin Andrews is from and where he saw his first crop circle in 1983.
One year later, Colin would coin the term, “crop circles” which would forever bind Colin’s heart to these mystifying messages. After all, they were already in his own backyard and as a practical electrical engineer and government official, he would investigate!
As we move indoors for tea and dessert, everyone graciously agrees to tape some of the conversation for my next podcast.
Our time is precious and we are very aware of that. We have gathered together at this time to renew and support one another’s life work and share information. Colin invites us all on a field trip as he shares with us, his very first experience with a crop circle.
Drs. Synthia, JJ, and Desiree join in and explore in conversation what they think the crop circles mean and how they relate to human consciousness.
Although many of the crop circles remain a mystery, declares Colin, one thing is known for sure. These elaborate geometric patterns are messages to us, giving us clues to our past history, to our presence, and most definitely to our future. Even those humans who wanted to prove them as hoaxes by making some themselves, felt guided to do so by a higher consciousness.
Dr. Synthia says that every crop circle is a real crop circle whether there was human involvement in it or not because of the mystical triad. She explains that the three elements joining together the spiritual inspiration itself, interacting with earth energy, interacting with human energy, is truly the path of what our human divine consciousness is all about.
So how do we feel when we look at a crop circle or even walk into one?
Drs. JJ and Desiree remember experiencing their first crop circle in Hungary in 1992. A member of the Hungarian Opera family had joined them and while they were intoning sounds, they saw and felt unusual
JJ feels that these geometries, or crop circles that they have seen in their work throughout the world, represent the sacred geometries of the human body in motion and that “we are being taught a new language in artistic form and vibration form as well as in cosmic language. We are to understand that our school house mother earth is being prepared for
In the 2011 special edition of the Andrews Catalog, Colin writes that the authentic crop formations are an attempt to communicate. He calls it a “new, symbolic, terra-linguistic geography that is intended to arouse emotion. They have been deliberately placed in fields of cereal crops, life-giving vegetation that has been planted by man and because of their placement, they were guaranteed to be seen.”
Desiree agrees and adds that “These crop circles are important to us in that they give us vital clues and information to wake us up.”
She goes on to explain that according to THE BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE: THE KEYS OF ENOCH, written by Dr JJ Hurtak over forty years ago, that information whether it be genetics, astrobiological, historical, or archeologically discovered, is coming forth now to help prepare the species for our next quantum leap. Maybe even moving into contact with extra terrestrial realities in a more normal sense than we have today. It is time for us to learn how to help ourselves and this planet.
How many messages do we need to see, to hear, to be given, in order for us to understand that we must take our place in the food bank of cosmic love? To honor those crop circles that wish to reach out to us, teach us and remind us that we must raise our vibratory field and consciousness so that we can see and understand who we are and where we belong.
Psalm 121:1 I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? From singing crop circles to underground temples and portals, to the vibratory field of our emotional consciousness and our relationship to it all, we begin to finally realize that we truly are not alone and never have been.
For me, when I have seen crop circles in photographs or films, I feel so uplifted and hopeful that our home on earth has always been a part of a greater consciousness which we will regain when we choose our own higher intelligence of peace and unity and stop playing war games.

Hello from British Columbia, Canada and Happy Birthday to my lovely tall niece Megan who is 17.
What a beautiful country, Canada, and especially the province of British Columbia. Here we enter the land and spirit of THE GATHERING OF THE EAGLES. The time of this convocation has finally arrived through great joy, desire and perseverance to meet the “chief eagle” Menno Pauls.
We fly! Mid July, my friend Judy and I, from Anchorage Alaska to B.C. to meet Menno Pauls and his wife, Sharon. We spend glorious time together listening and sharing and exploring the surrounding nature of Salmon Arm. Both Judy and I feel like we are somehow “back in time” with the beauty and breath of the lakes and mountains. We open our hearts and windows of love and retake the memories for the reason that we have come.
Menno’s own story begins with his job as a humble window washer in Vancouver, when one ordinary workday, Menno climbs down from his ladder and hastily fishes out of his pocket, bits of paper and a pen. The poem that he writes is so profound that he knows that his life will never be the same again. That was in 1974. Along with this extraordinary poem/ message, he begins to have profound experiences and dreams. Six years later in July of 1981, his story, The Gathering of the Eagles is born.
This podcast, 44 years later, is a tape recording of a conversation between Menno and myself on a hot summer Sunday, July 22nd. He begins with that prophetic poem called, “A Prince of Hope” and reads the first part.
As I prepare to leave this enclave of beauty with a pocketful of dreams and hope, I fly back to another perch, another branch of God’s Golden Tree. It is one that I am very familiar with and need to be ever so grateful for, my own life’s journey and purpose.
Judy left a few days ago. So awful to try and say good-bye especially after a trip like this.
When I told Menno that Judy was missing us all, he replied with a knowing smile and a twinkle in his eye, “Tell her, that I have stamped both your passports.”

from Washington, D.C. – Happy Father’s Day! When my father Jack finally lets go of his house and his life, the most magnificent thing happens. He sends a profound message through a crossword puzzle before his time of death here. Is time simply an illusion then? This podcast is a story that I wrote in 2014 about my father passing from this dimensional field into the next. Jack does not want to go however, because he trusts only what he can see in front of him. He is constantly glancing at his watch to remind him that he is still living and breathing on this earth plane and as long as he can still see that watch, he is still alive and not in hell or anywhere else! Spacetime, as it is called is the theory that we exist in parallel universes where space and time are connected proving that the concept of time is simply an illusion. Everything that has ever been or ever will be is happening right now. The concept of time is simply an illusion made up of human memories, writes Leigh Brasington. Time is an illusion we created to try and measure the rate of change of the present. It’s always now. But it’s an ever changing now. We usually think of time as having three parts – Past, Present, Future. But what is the Past – only a collection of memories. We can’t experience the Past, we can only remember it. And we can only remember it in the Present (furthermore, our memories are noticeably unreliable). There is no objective thing that we call the Past; it can’t be measured in any way; our only contact with it is in the Present. And what is the Future – only a mental construct in the Present. We can’t experience the Future until it “becomes” the Present. Until then it is only a hope and dream. We can project what the Future may be like, but we are considerably less accurate than when we remember the Past. There is no objective thing that we call the Future; it can’t be measured in any way; our only contact with it is in the Present. That leaves us with only the Present – the ever changing Present. This change that we experience in the ever present Present does have a “direction.” Things change in the general direction of having greater entropy. Entropy is a measure of the amount of disorder in a system. That’s why when we measure time we find it restricted to one direction (unlike when we measure distance) – things are changing such that the overall system has more and more entropy. Although the illusionary nature of time is the deep truth in this matter, it’s not particularly practical. To be totally in harmony with this truth, you’d need to wear a watch that always said “now”. But you’d be late for a lot of meetings … leighb.com
May 7th, 2018 – From the land of “lucky sevens” in Las Vegas, Nevada, Podcast 7 is dedicated to friends and family and all human beings who are struggling on this earth plane. Guided by this 20 minute healing meditation, we take our chances aboard the mystic dreamship and head out to sea. We heed the call, not of the slot machines, but of the ancient sound of the mystic whale calling us into the magnetic field of the merkabah healing light. The word mer-ka-ba comes from an Egyptian translation meaning “light, spirit, body”. It is also known as the chariot of the soul. As we surround our earthly physical bodies with this healing light, we are reminded that we really are liquid beings made up of mostly water! As we begin to finally remember the power of our own magnetic field, we outsource our thoughts and plug in to our own electric company. Energizing and healing ourselves, we follow the seven virtues instead of the seven deadly sins as we navigate through chartered waters with our own celestial instruments, ourselves. Good luck!
Broadcasting from Cornville, Arizona near Sedona, Claudia Granger and Colleen continue their conversation with thoughts of survival and with techniques that we can use right now to clear out negative beliefs and apathetic influences that keep us in our suffering situations. Colleen believes that we are already biologically encoded with survival skills and that by changing our vibratory field, we can expand that Loving Light that surrounds us, inside and out. One of the greatest natural tools that we Hue-mans can think about and use is the healing therapy of color. Claudia believes that the color of Gold is the frequency of the soul and shares with us her “Golden Meditation” to do as a practical exercise. She describes how quickly negative and fearful thoughts dissipate when that golden connection to the divine Light is recaptured. Claudia also explains how the color silver is used as a superb detoxifier. Another simple and yet extremely effective exercise to do is to visualize yourself as a kind of house where you can imagine yourself in each room or floor or space. In your imagination while “remote viewing” each room or space, you can “see” how cluttered or spacious each room is from cellar to attic. You can give each room a color as well and think about how that feels. Ultimately it is up to each one of us as gatekeepers to our own thoughts to monitor and listen to first, before expressing. When we remember to be more loving to ourselves, we are effortlessly reconnected to God’s eternal love and forgiveness for us. The remembrance of that feeling is offered with every breath we take, every message that we hear and understand from our higher selves, our true selves. Here is one profound loving thought that I heard during a deep meditation as I was thinking of Jeshua, the messenger. As he called me by name, HE said, “Colleen, if you would only believe that I love you half as much as you love me, then you would love yourself unconditionally.” Shalom, Colleen
From Sedona Arizona in the land of enchantment, psychic phenomena and superluminal vortexes, Colleen meets Claudia Granger; psychic educator and medium extraordinaire. Colleen herself books a reading with Claudia over the phone and is happy to discover a very talented and experienced way shower. As the spirit guides would have it, Colleen and Claudia finally meet in person to share a glass of wine and drink in the stunning scenery of Sedona. Their hearts and minds have been synchronized for a lovely new friendship as they discuss what is truly important in their lives now and how they are navigating through these tumultuous times. They agree that they have a lot to share and that they might as well record their conversation in a lovely little town called Cornville, right outside of Sedona. And what will their first topic of discussion be? SURVIVAL! Not “survival of the fittest,” but rather, survival of the soul. Especially now at this time with all of these “shaker upper” experiences as Claudia proclaims in her charming German accent. How do we prepare for survival? What is it that human beings are really afraid of? Claudia believes that it is the fear of pain and suffering. Colleen believes that it is the fear of dying and the ego, easing God out, agrees with both of them. Join us for podcast #5 as the journey continues through the vortex of healing, through the sacred geometries of the Sedona red rocks and the spectacular beauty of the Southwest.
Broadcasting from Grand Junction near the majestic canyons and plateaus of the Colorado National Monument, this 40 minute podcast takes you deep inside Colleen’s own etherial sanctuary. She builds a sound healing room with stained glass doors, a vibro-acoustical sound healing table, an alter with over 100 tuning forks and adds to it anything else consecrated and directed to be put inside this “etherial operating room.” Built exclusively to serve as a tunnel of unconditional love, Colleen describes the space as sacrosanct and incredibly peaceful beyond words. Through the vibrations of certain music, the vibroacoustical sound healing table, the drum and the tuning forks, “her guides” would call out the frequencies to use for healing. Each person was different and yet the same as every human cell in every human body, responds to the frequency of sound. It was just a matter of the right combination to heal the memory of those cells and what had happened to them. Each person who came for sound healing was like a beautiful instrument ready be tuned and healed. Colleen will tell you that every single human being on this earth plane has their own built in antenna and is “God wired.” All you have to do is listen. Surrender your Ego body and ask for the healing Light. It is your divine right and the safest place to be!
Recorded in Lansing, Michigan with 39 year old niece, Stephene. In this episode, she shares her deeply intimate story of birthing her second child, Cooper. But something went wrong, or rather, really right. She had what could be described as a “mini series” of death experiences, one right after the other and was reluctant to share this particular story with the public. It was a great birthday gift to her Aunt Colleen that she agreed to talk about it. It was time to tell her story too. Stephene was brought up in a world full of disappointments and broken promises and yet, she has managed to hold onto her enigmatic personality with great humor. She serves this earth plane with her no-nonsense attitude and willingness to forgive others, but not necessarily, herself. She’s a tough gal, in a tough world; that is how she sees it. Stephene will tell you that she is not afraid to die and she explains why. It was that indescribable peace which she experienced when she stopped breathing; that feeling of infinite joy which has kept her going, knowing that she will return one day to that world of infinite peace and beauty.
Also recorded in Anchorage Alaska…begins to reveal the experiences of spiritual healing and psychic phenomenon which is shared by Mike Ford whose heart is bursting with a new found love and appreciation for all things spiritual. He is a great radio personality “Mike in the morning” for early morning Alaskans and through his generosity of his time and his recording studio space, the first two podcasts are born. He is deeply touched by the subject of the ego, material world and the spiritual one that has shaken him lose as well. Colleen insists that he joins her for the next podcast recording and that he share his own magnificent stories of his personal life. They are both amazed at the sense of peace and the soft blue light that surrounds their microphones while they talk through their hearts about the addictive physical world and the struggle to be free of that. Mike talks about the group of family spirits that surround his bed one night. In particular, a couple of uncles that he recognized as “hell raisers” on this side of the veil and ones that he believed had gone straight to “hell.” Apparently not! After 10 months of sobriety, Mike’s beautiful heart and intentions will help raise the bar on how a struggling human being finds their way to a more peaceful existence and that there is no such thing as “hell.”
Recorded in Anchorage Alaska, this 33 minute broadcast introduces Colleen Grace Clabby’s background; the reason for telling her story at this time and why she believes that the ego (easing God out) has a contract out on all of us. She describes her relationship with an older well known gambler, living in Las Vegas and that glamour, superficial money world that became impossible to escape from. Knowing the difference of how she grew up in a more sincere environment and the one she became trapped in, it takes 20 years of her life to get free of it and him. With the help of another great seeker/adventurer, Judy Blake, and her relationship to the gambler’s son, their story is one of a thirty year friendship. From the powerful ego world of money and all of the physical addictions attached to it, Colleen receives a great unearthly shout from the “other side” when her mother is diagnosed with stage four non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer. Colleen knows without a doubt that if she doesn’t let go of that so called “secure world of money” she will also get cancer. She finally cuts the ties to that empty, soulless world and returns to her hometown of Mystic Ct. to build her visionary dream of a healing center.
